Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging included.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Items that are used, damaged, or altered are also not eligible for return. Clearance or sale items are non-returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at leathershn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
